What’s Included in Your Membership

  • Preventive care — annual checkups and well visits
  • Everyday care — acute and non-acute office visits, pre-op & post-op exams
  • Women’s health — well-woman visits, pap smears, contraception, and vaginal swab testing when needed
  • Children’s care — sick, well-baby and well-child visits (vaccines not included)
  • Chronic care — blood pressure, diabetes monitoring, and EKGs as needed
  • In-office testing — urinalysis, rapid strep, and viral swabs (flu, COVID, RSV)
  • Minor procedures — wound repair, sutures, abscess drainage, and more
  • Weight loss support — customized plans, close follow-up, and accountability built into your membership (medications not included)

I’m Dr. Cindy, a board-certified family physician. I went to SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY for medical school and completed my Family Medicine residency at Penn State in Pennsylvania. I founded Dr. Cindy Care with one mission: to bring heart, honesty, and real connection back to medicine. Through Direct Primary Care, I get to care for patients the way it should be — with time, access, and compassion.

  • We do not accept insurance
  • We accept credit and debit cards (HSA payments coming soon)
  • Payment is due at the time of service
